You are invited to nominate your favorite local community non-profit that has 501 (c) 3 status by filling out the form. At the end of each month, a member of our staff will randomly select one such entry and we’ll donate $1,000 to them!
You may enter multiple times in order to increase the chances of your organization being drawn as the winner!
